Tångevik harbour just for us…
A group of these little ringed plovers entertained us during breakfast near the waterfront at Tångevik.
We had looked at Smögen but really did not like it so we drove to Marstrand to enjoy a traffic free little island.www.marstrandscamping.se

Drove to Göteborg and did a bit of Sunday shopping. You can pay the smallest amount in Sweden with your credit card & PIN number. Unfortunately the charity shops were closed, so we headed south to camp for free right next to the 2 km beach at Apelviken next to Varberg.

The entrance to Nimis (Latin for too much) in the royal republic of Ladonia. Ladonia is one square kilometer of land on the Kullaberg Peninsula in Southern Sweden. The path to Ladonia is about 2.5km through the woods along a winding path to the sea to explore a 75 ton sculpture/labyrinth made of driftwood by Lars Vilks.
The Øresund bridge is the longest combined road and rail bridge in Europe, joining Sweden to Denmark, right next to our camp site.
We took a look at the Västra Hamden today, very impressive.

1. Nacht im Hotel Türmchen.
Bärwalder See nördlich von Uhyst (Kraftwerk Boxberg ist sehr klein am Horizont).
Fahrradfahren macht Durst.
Mutiger Kim radelt quer durch die Spree, obwohl er nicht schwimmen kann.
Die Spree hat ‘ne interessante Farbe hier. “Ein Grund für die rotbraune Verfärbung der Spree sind stillgelegte Braunkohle-Tagebaue. Dort dringt Eisenocker in zurückkommendes Grundwasser, färbt es braun und gelangt so in die Flüsse. Als die Tagebaue aktiv waren, war das Grundwasser abgepumpt worden.”
In Spremberg fing es an zu regnen, also sind wir mit der Bahn nach Cottbus gefahren.
Nach Cottbus sieht die Spree besser aus.
